Manufacturo is a great solution for creating an end to end production process in a quick manner. There are many user friendly features that allow for planning flexibility and manufacturing data tracking. The development gives great support and can accomodate any user specific feature requests. Manufacturo is missing some features that other systems have for production visibility but these features are on their roadmap and I am looking forward to the continous development of the system. Some of the more "advanced" features that you might find with a legacy system might not be there. But, the trade off is 100% worth it for a better partnership and they have stayed very transparent about their roadmap and prioritization of additional features. Before having a Manufacturing Execution System, documentation was spread through different systems, folders, etc. and keeping track of everything was too manual of a process. Having a manufacturing system lets us keep focused on the core of our production work, instead of chasing documentation and status updates. Things like: - Inventory control - Work order execution - Procedure authoring and approvals - Non-Conformance management were all much more manual and cumbersome processes than they are now with this system implemented.
