the simplicity of the interface is perhaps the biggest problem, it looks like a web application from the 90s, let's say that in certain aspects it could be improved a lot. Time-out issues cause some re-typing which can be obnoxious (it doesn't always take too long, can be by the time you're done typing up an issue).
