I'm not sophisticated when it comes to website monitors. I don't have experience with a lot of various tools. For the past couple years I've been relying on Robotalp to notify me if ever my client sites have gone down. And it gets the job done. While the sites don't go down often, I always know if they do before my clients do and am able to get to work fixing the issue before they even report it. And that is incredible peace of mind. I've been using Robotalp for over a year now and I must say it is one of the top-tier website monitors I have tried.
