Great software. Gives access to all needed customer information. We use it both in the office (for our admins) and in the field, for our techs to look up any needed info ont! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could be easier to navigate. We use a few different programs in our office, and regarding navigation, I would say this is the most difficult. Once you get the hang of it, it isn't terrible tho! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
