**What do you like best about ManitouNEO?**

Great software. Gives access to all needed customer information. We use it both in the office (for our admins) and in the field, for our techs to look up any needed info ont!

**What do you dislike about ManitouNEO?**

It could be easier to navigate. We use a few different programs in our office, and regarding navigation, I would say this is the most difficult. Once you get the hang of it, it isn't terrible tho!

**What problems is ManitouNEO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see all information and alarms for a specific customer. Checking how or when an alarm was handled, if service is required. We use it for a lot of day-to-day operations.
