Billing is delivered once a month and you have a general idea on what the amount but the day-to-day billing woulld be more budget friendly for small businesses. **Recommendations to others considering Manifest.eco:** If you're having issues with your 3PL - I think there is no better solution than Manifest. **What problems is Manifest.eco solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were coming from a horrible 3PL - with a tonne of products that were not labeled properly and a higher than 2% error rate with our other 3PL. Manifest has solved all our labeling issues, they've cut down our shipping costs and have removed any error rate from shipping to customers, have solved our B2B problem and helps us with any inconveninecec that is presented. ### 3. Orders get shipped on time, and there are customization options available to identify and treat specific orders with one treatment vs another. **What do you dislike about Manifest.eco?** Invoicing takes 1-2 months and is usually the last invoice we receive for a particular month of service out of all our vendors. This prevents our business to close our books in a timely matter. I believe Manifest is aware of this and is onboarding a new accounting resource to improve this, so am looking forward to seeing this area be addressed. **What problems is Manifest.eco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manifest is our 3PL for our DTC business and is our solution to getting our products into the hands of our customers in a timely and accurate manner. Their integrations are reliable and makes our Shopify fulfillment experience smooth. ### 4. As a company interesetd in sustainaiblty it didn't make snese to continue shipping in the 'business as usual' way.
