Runs well with little down time. Plenty of implementation help (which is needed). Accuracy and integrations have worked well. There are great third-party vendors to help in setup and in project management of Manhattan deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ActiveOrder™? Takes a lot of care and feeding. There is also not much standardization among Manhattan products (such as Enterprise Order Management to Warehouse Management System). Some administrative tools just flat don't work and you have to work around it. The product is highly customized to you, so even on the same version it is hard to take the knowledge and experience from one brand to another. Application performance is poor. UI is not user friendly and contains very little result sets on a screen. . When using the application with non Manhattan product integrations, limitations to the user experience increase due to "customization" needs.
