What I like best about S Mango Practice Management is how it simplifies day to day operational tasks in a single platform. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes scheduling, patient management, and billing much more organized. I also like that it reduces manual work and helps keep records easily accessible, improving overall workflow efficiency.

One thing that could be improved is the reporting and customization options, as some advanced configurations may feel limited depending on specific business needs. **What do you like best about Mango Practice Management?**

The problem of organizing appointments, patient records, insurance procedures, documentation, and coordination with other employees through separate systems becomes particularly evident in developing healthcare organizations. As far as Mango Practice Management goes, it helped to organize all the mentioned activities in an efficient workflow.

For me personally, one of the most valuable features is the ability to organize and manage the workflow and schedule of patients easily and without the necessity of performing additional administrative procedures. It increased operational efficiency greatly in the areas of front office and administration.

From the user experience standpoint, I can say that Mango Practice Management has an intuitive interface compared to traditional healthcare management software. It is easy to navigate from one menu to another, from schedule to billing, patient data, etc.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

From the point of view of user interface/user experience (UI/UX), the system is relatively easy to use, yet some workflow features, specifically related to reports and advanced customizations, can seem slightly outdated in comparison with the newer generation of web-based healthcare solutions. The more complex the operation becomes, the more configurability and flexibility become desirable.

The next limitation that I have identified is associated with the integration capability of the platform. Specifically, while it is good at addressing the most basic practice management issues, advanced interoperability with other health care systems is not always possible without some additional efforts. This problem can be addressed by increasing the flexibility of integrations with various tools used by healthcare companies.

Overall performance is satisfactory for normal conditions; however, it could sometimes become slow during processing of a higher amount of requests at once.

Concerning price and return on investment (ROI), it should be admitted that the platform offers sufficient value for small and medium businesses but will hardly satisfy large-scale enterprises' needs.

The Mango Practice Management system is assisting me in tackling the most significant operational challenges that exist in health care administration. This involves improving the overall patient workflow process, which includes scheduling, billing, documentation, and communication.

Prior to adopting the use of this platform, most operational functions existed in silos involving different methods of handling various tasks including spreadsheets, phone calls, disconnected scheduling systems, manual reminders, and even different billing processes. This resulted in administrative inefficiencies, increased likelihood of mistakes while scheduling appointments, and lack of visibility in terms of patient operations.

One of the most significant advantages I have experienced in adopting the platform is increased operational efficiency regarding patient scheduling and coordination.

Tech support is not very convenient for west coast customers. Also, tech support is not available after hours or on weekends.  We have had the system go down on late Friday afternoon and wasn't fixed until Monday morning.  This hasn't happened in over a year.

We like sending client invoices by email with a link to receive electronic payments.

I love the project management feature and its integration with QBO for invoicing and payments, when it works.

Mango has a lot of latency and  implementation issues that are constantly being worked on.  It takes a long time to fix issues when identified.  In addition, once an issue was fixed, it would reoccur over and over again.

**What problems is Mango Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it automates billing and time management, as well as project management.  If it did everything it promised, it would have been a great product.  The only thing that I was able to count on with Mango was the project management feature.  I ended up having to hire people 2 times to clean up the mess that Mango created with billing to clients, and sync to QBO.  It has become the most expensive software I have ever purchased, with the least benefit to my firm.  I went with Mango based on a referral from a networking group.  I will think twice about any referrals from that group.

I use Mangoevery day for timekeeping, billing and project due date management.  Mango Share has also been an added bonus for secure file sharing with our clients.

We have had minimal problems with Mango.  When we have an issue, the Mango support team has been great!

The site is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. We use Mango for time entry and billing. Our clients had had no issues thus far with the site either, which is nice!

There is no way to put two clients on the same bill. This would be a nice feature to have.

Mango has eliminated the need for multiple applications. Previously, we were using a different software for billing, client management and requests. Mango has consolidated these needs into one.

Mango provides me with a stable platform to maintain client/engagement time and expense and easily create detailed invoices that are required in my forensic accounting practice. The flexibility to set up engagements to meet my specific needs was a key factor along with creating activity codes to match my practice.  I also have several bill rates that I work under depending on the year the engagement began and Mango allows me to bill different rates based on client / engagement.  The User Support has been great for me to get issues (mainly my lack of knowledge on how something works) resolved and back on track.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

Very minor issues but I would like to change the font on invoices and I know that is in the works by the Dev team.

Need for a cloud-based, efficient entry of time and billing - solved
Need to detailed time and expense invoices - solved
Need to monitor engagements with a set billed amount - solved
Ease of working with and tracking retainers - solved

At the moment, I can't think of anything.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

The customer support is awful!  They want you to use their chat room.   BUT it takes hours to get an answer to a question.  I was also told that they were also assisting other customers.  If I wait in line, am I not the next person to be assisted?  I need to wait while they assist someone else?  They also don't have the answers to your questions.  Shouldn't they be knowledgeable about the product which they are supposedly assisting customers?

The invoice formats need to be worked on.  Do you really need to repeat the invoice total 4 times? You should be able to edit the invoice to suit your needs.

I read another review that said if you called the Sales Department, your call was answered immediately....but no one ever answers the Customer Support calls....they go to voicemail.  This is true for me as well.

They don't have a manual that you can use to look up answers to your questions.  Not one Help Article has answered one of my questions.

The secure client portal has streamlined gathering documents from clients, plus the ease of use for the secure upload option without a log-in is great for less tech-savvy clients.  The KBA signature option for signing efile forms also worked great this tax season.  On the rare occasion when I did have questions or issues, the response from tech support was same-day, which is extremely helpful during the height of tax season.

I can't speak to any downside to using this software.

Mango helped me meet the IRS security requirements for electronic document exchange and esignatures.

There is no response or assistance to onboard and use the program.  Very disappointing. Assure that someone new gets the help they need. Onboarding and setting up.

The Batch Billing Process has been very helpful and easy to use. Per our request, they even added a filter to allow only hourly projects to be billed.

Bug fixes can be slow to come and I wish there was more flexibility in some of the reporting.

Creating invoices was cumbersome in our old system. With Mango, it is fast, easy, and accurate! The eMail logs and tracking is very helpful. Scheduling and Project Management help us know what each of us is doing and where we are on our various projects. The best part of Mango is that we have very few "workarounds". The software works very well for our Consulting and Software company and I'm glad we made the switch two years ago.

How good they are at selling a tool that does not have any Customer Service.

Lack of honesty and responsiveness. They promise something that they are not capable of delivering. 
After trying for more than 2 months to get this product implementing and not having the support that we needed it, we asked for a refund of our balance and they deny and kept a whole year of payment and did not delivered the product. Management just decided to ignore my request. Very deceiving and very confusing practice management app. I would not recommend this app to nobody in my community.

They never resolved any problems, but gave us a huge headache when trying to implement. Since the beginning was a problem. Very complicated system, so mich that you need a customer service that does not exist to help you upload a list of customers. It should be simple but it is not.

Migration from QBD was rough and need tools to clean up client database.  Need sych integration with ProSeries.  Need simplified billing and improved reporting.

time input module works well - could still be improved.  Although the troubleshooting team is responsive, they have not solved all of the problems.

I like the reporting that we can leverage to see where our time is being spent, and the value we are getting in return for the time we are spending on those clients.

Some of the reports are not currently downloadable to an Excel format. I put in a request for these updates, but until it happens, some of the data that we would like to edit is only viewable as a  PDF document.

**What do you like best about Mango Practice Management?**

I purchased ImagineTime because I am a small firm in Columbia, SC, I liked the interface, what the program offered, and the fact that it was located across the border in North Carolina, just right up the road.

The QB Integration, User Interface, Value Pricing, and small business feel is what drew me to this company, as well as the on-line reviews.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

If you want Support, you have to leave a message.  But, you will learn that if you want to get someone on the phone, the same people that offer support, just press one for Sales, and you will get someone EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Also, the new model is revenue-driven and clearly not customer/client-driven.  We have the Desktop, Non-cloud version of the software.  Since we are not paying $600/month, we don't get the support we used to get, and we don't get issues resolved with our software. We have multiple issues with our database that have been "hanging" out there for more than one year, unresolved.

Last year, during the Pandemic, I was told that if I didn't pay my support invoice on time, I would be switched to a Monthly Fee, based on users, going from $675 a year to $3,600/year in support costs.

We are here again, another year later, with an invoice for Annual Maintenance and no phone calls, e-mails, or responses for any support.

It's really sad that a software company that supposedly supports small firms has taken this type of attitude towards their existing customers.

The software is a good software, but, the support, which appears to be driven from the top, is lackluster at best.  The technicians are great, and the employees offering the support truly do care, but, they are not allowed, it appears, to offer the support that is needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Mango Practice Management:**

If you are willing to pay the Cloud-based fees, ImagineTime will be good for you.

If you want a Desktop version of software supported by the company, it's hit and miss.

Employees offering support are AWESOME!  Company doesn't allow or provide enough resources to have adequate support of Desktop products, and, doesn't seem interested in keeping these as an ongoing customer.

ImagineTime helped integrate multiple entries into one area, and is good for a fully integrated solution.

**What do you like best about Mango Practice Management?**

This software is newer in the market and it also provides a seamless experience to work on it with great features like time management with the tracking of the billing time as well as saves much more time to generate a bill. It has good expense management.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

Overall this software has some issues like rubbish customers support, the free trial of this application is available for a short period of time.

Recommend this because to generate a bill with updated features or new features in the market.

It generates a quality bill with the updated features available in the market and saves much more time with the time tracking feature.

**What do you like best about Mango Practice Management?**

The most useful feature I have found and utilized so far has got to be the "timer" function.  Once you setup a template for a client you can pull out any device you use to access software and begin a timer that once concluded will populate an invoice automatically.  This helps to keep mundane and inaccuracies away due to this feature.

**What do you dislike about Mango Practice Management?**

The payment processing feature initially gave us trouble, but I believe this has been sorted after recent update.  Overall this software meets all of my firm's qualifications.  Quite simply it has helped improve client relations resulting in repeat clientele that is now leading our accounts due.

**Recommendations to others considering Mango Practice Management:**

If your firm or company is looking for easy to use time tracking for consultations, meetings, etc. then this up and comer is definitely headed in the right direction.  It has QuickBooks integration for the smaller business or self employed consultants.  It has really shone a light on what direction the industry is moving and Imagine Time support is fairly swift in addressing user issues/concerns.  I would also suggest moving all team time tracking software to the mobile applications and utilizing full software benefits.

**What problems is Mango Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The auto logging of time spent with clients thanks to this software integration into our mobile devices has, without a doubt, streamlined billing and accounts receivable resulting in significant profit increases due to less inaccuracies in invoices and more integration between team members to reduce double billing.
