It's less user friendly and non intuitive, for someone like me who isn't very tech savvy. The pre designed templates are required that would make it effortless to create animations. **What do you dislike about Mango Animate?** What I don't like the most is the flexibility and customizability of the animations, which does not allow me to bring my ideas to life. The customer support provided by Mango Animate is cumbersome; they are not always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. **What problems is Mango Animate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Mango Animate lacking in features. It falls short in providing the versatility and complexity required for advanced projects. The limited customization options restricts creativity.
