Mandaris is the ATS/CRM for recruitment agencies, built by a recruiter for his own firm. Where a classic ATS waits for applications to arrive, Mandaris watches both sides of a placement: the employers who are hiring right now (job postings collected every morning from your market's own sources - professional bodies, unions, specialist boards, job sites) and the candidates who make themselves known publicly. It crosses the two by profession and by distance, twice a day, and distributes your job ads to Jooble, Talent.com and Google for Jobs from a single entry. Dual pipeline for candidates and mandates, map view, follow-up reminders, and your own public job page whose applications land straight back in the pipeline. Everything is unlimited: no contact credits, no profile quotas, no caps on searches or job ads. Data hosted in the European Union (Paris region), full export on request without justification. Pricing is published on the website, per seat, with no setup fee and no lock-in.
