At the end of each month, it used to take us hours to find out things like the best time to hire or how well each channel did. We can now make those reports with just a few clicks. Overall, the platform is easy to use, and the team picked it up very quickly. Another pro is that clients can use Manatal for free to look at candidates, make notes, and fill out scorecards. While it's true that every program has its quirks and it's not always easy to get exactly what you need, this one is especially adaptable, so we were able to easily tailor it to our needs by, for example, making it possible to customize application forms, automate resume branding, and layout unique recruitment funnels that can be used for any given position. The ability to create a pipeline that is specific to a job is fantastic. With just a few clicks, we can set up an unlimited number of pipelines and recruitment stages. Because the entry-level, intermediate, and executive positions we are seeking to fill vary so widely from industry to industry, we can tailor our hiring processes to each specific position. I've only been using this software for a year, but I've grown to really enjoy it. This has made my regular tasks much easier. After a few months of utilizing this software, I can tell that it has really improved the efficiency and organization of the recruiting process. The process is simple and uncomplicated for us.
