ManageYourCondo replaces spreadsheets, group chats, and manual bank transfers with a single, beautifully designed dashboard for condo and property managers. 🏢 Track every unit and tenant across multiple buildings. 💸 Collect rent online via GCash, Maya, or card with Xendit split routing — a ₱20 platform fee stays with us, the rest goes directly to your own account. 📄 Generate Philippine‑compliant lease agreements and get them e‑signed inside the platform. 🔧 Tenants submit maintenance requests with photo evidence; you resolve them in one click. Both sides get instant email notifications. 📊 Live analytics show collection rates, occupancy trends, and ROI per unit. 🔐 Each tenant gets their own portal to pay rent, view history, sign leases, and request maintenance — 24/7. Plans start at ₱1,500/month for up to 10 units. Professional (₱2,900) and Premium (₱4,900) unlock advanced features. We’re onboarding 50 Founding Members who get their first month of Professional completely free — no credit card, no strings. Launching July 2026.
