The importing of data from banks is a little brittle, but once I learned to work within the limitations, everything is good. Don't do manual entry of transactions into a bank account you are going to import from. Do one or the other: either manual entry of all transactions OR import of all transactions. Never both. It could be a little more helpful on the UI side. It's very stale in that regard. It doesn't integrate with any software, and it would be nice to manually enter in somethings like bank statements. The Banking and cash management tools helps to keep track on cash position easily, bank reconciliation has never been easy. It very simple to use and learn and has a very active community ready to help users solve their problems with the app. The App is very fast and takes up small system resources. The Desktop (Single User) version is totally free and has all the features. Has Fixed &Intangible asset, inventory, AR, AP, payroll etc and various reports that are not present in popular paid accounting apps. Invoices issued and received have status so you can see if an invoice is paid or unpaid and if it over due or almost due. Audit trail and User access settings needs some minor improvements, Also the app has Sales and purchases order features but doesn't track the fulfilment of them.
