Its Very Easy to Connect to other Devises and Allows Technicians to access and control remote desktops to troubleshoot the issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine Zoho Assist - Remote Support and Screen Sharing?**

While ManageEngine Zoho Assist is easy to use, occasional connectivity issues and session lag can affect the remote support experience, especially on slower networks. Some advanced features are available only in higher-tier plans, and the user interface could be more intuitive for first-time users

Remote support is extremely useful when needing to help employees who are off-site. Zoho provides the necessary tools to assist and keep our company moving forward.

There isn't much to dislike about Zoho. It's a great remote software for anyone who's looking for this type of value-add.

We're able to support remote employees without having to physically be at their workstation

ManageEngine Zoho Assist is a great tool for providing remote assistance over internet. It has the capability to share the screen and thus helps the engineers to resolve the issues remotely. We have been using it for solving our day to day issues with regards to the software and utilities installed at our branch offices on a Pan India basis. It is easy to use. You can take the remote of your servers too for solving any issues.

There is nothing to dislike with ManageEngine Zoho Assist. It is a great platform that helps the system administrators to access, manage and control the PCs and servers for solving any issues. It has support for Windows as well as Mac OS. It can be integrated easily with Third Party platforms like Jira and ServiceNow.

**What problems is ManageEngine Zoho Assist - Remote Support and Screen Sharing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using ManageEngine Zoho Assist for solving our issues being faced with software and hardware at our branches. We take the PCs on remote and check if there are any updates that are pending, or if any software is getting crashed, or some settings that needs to be changed or debugging a printer issue and so on. It has been of great help with Zoho remote assistance. We have been able to bring down our support time.

From an organization's standpoint, incident and change management plays an important role in establishing a good relationship with our customers. ManageEnggine Zoho helps in speeding up the features of the Incident Management tool, which undertakes the business commitments. Based on the client requirement, I combined ManageEngine with my Incident Management tool and improved my deliverables to my clients.

ManageEngine Zoho Assist is a great integration tool for meeting up with business processes alongside your Incident tracking & management tools. I don't find anything that I dislike about ManageEngine Zoho Assist.

**What problems is ManageEngine Zoho Assist - Remote Support and Screen Sharing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As part of my regular incident activities, I raise incidents, initiate change requests, add activity logs, mention SLA reports, etc. ManageEngine Zoho Assist helps me with advancing these processes with its impressive features. It provides me a web-based remote access feature to connect with the concerned client machine and support the customer, and offer excellent service to them.
