It makes it easy to keep our systems up to date. The support is efficient and fast.We find it to be a very efficient and useful tool **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus?** When we need to uninstall a patch and ManageEngine doesn't support it, we have to resort to other uninstallation methods when we could easily do it from the ManageEngine administration console, and it's tedious to explain to users that we need to perform the uninstallation manually. **What problems is ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows you to choose which patches to deploy and which not to deploy. It provides an inventory of installed and uninstalled patches. Task automation allows us to work even outside of business hours. ### 2. Windows, Mac, and Linux Operating Systems plus an ever growing list of Third Party app are supported, and includes several options for automation and reporting. Integration with Active Directory, SAML and third party vulnerability scanners like Rapid7 iVM and Tenable are also supported, and implementation is a a breeze. Customer Support is also available voa email and Live Chat, where support consulatant are very helpful. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus?** Support for BIOS patches is currently limited to Dell devices. However, support for other vendors like HP and Lenovo areon the product roadmap. Reporting options such as filtering and vertain metrics like 'Average time to patch' are also limited, however these are also a work in progress on the product roadmap. Custom query can also be requested via Customer support. **What problems is ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patch Manager Plus provides central management for all of my endpoints, and allows for controlled deployment of patches, including automation. Support of Third party patches is also an added bonus that other prodcuts do not support out-of-box. Using Top Priority patches is also very helpful to quickly identify Critical vulnerabilities for Windows devices that are linked to known THreat Vulnerabilities Reporting is also customisable and provides better insights than other products we have tried. ### 4. Our IT Security team automated vulnerability scan of servers and computers. They are reporting vulnerability details every week. Now we must update servers and computers before vulnerability scan to take vulnerability score very low. This product helped us to automate patch deployments in our corporate network. ### 5. This has reduced our physical footprint throughout our environment and helped us have less maintenance weekends and elt the program install updates on our devices. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus?** The only dislike I have is the inconsistancy of patching 3rd party applications. They sometimes throw errors and have issues with manual uploads and throweing off reports. **What problems is ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the scheduling of updates throughout the week and lets us tailor updates to own our specifdic requiremnts based on device type and how we operate throughout all of our divisions. ### 6.
