We rest well at night knowing if there are any issues within our critical environment such as Phone Systems, Virtual Hosts, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, etc. - we get alerted in almost real time and can correct the issue. The NetFlow integration is also nice for capacity planning your WAN or SD-WAN network. **What do you dislike about OpManager Nexus?** The upgrade process is a little difficult to get used to at first but once you do it a few times, its no big deal. And the great thing is that most all of ManageEngine products use the same upgrade process! **What problems is OpManager Nexus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capacity planning is a big use of the OpManager platform for us. We wanted to like the tool because the demo was great, but when it came to real life, it fell way short.
