Though the downtime is very rare and minimum but still this is the area they can improve on to get 10 rating from customers like me. **Recommendations to others considering ManageEngine M365 Manager Plus:** Companies looking for rlextensive reports on their O365 environment and usage, this is for you. **What problems is ManageEngine M365 Manager Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier we were dependent on separate commands and scripts for each reporting requirements. With Manage engine we need not worry about anything.
