This tool has been a real game-changer for our company. From the very beginning, setup was straightforward, and the interface is intuitive enough that our team was able to get up to speed quickly. Device enrollment, policy management, app distribution—it all just works. What stands out most is how reliable it’s been. We haven’t run into any major hiccups, and on the occasions we’ve needed support, the ManageEngine team has been responsive and genuinely helpful. Having full visibility and control over all our mobile devices from a single console has saved us a huge amount of time and significantly reduced our IT overhead. While it is fully functional and gets the job done, the UI feels a bit dated compared to some modern software tools available today. A fresher, more contemporary design with a cleaner dashboard layout would make the overall experience even more enjoyable — especially for new users who are onboarding for the first time. That said, this is a minor cosmetic concern and does not affect the performance or reliability of the product in any way. Once you get familiar with the layout, everything is easy to navigate and works perfectly. Before we started using this solution, managing multiple mobile devices across our team was a nightmare because we didn’t have a single point of control. MDM Plus changed that by giving us a unified console where we can manage, monitor, and secure all of our devices from one place, which saves our IT team countless hours every week. Distributing and updating apps across all devices also used to be a manual, time-consuming process. I like Mobile Device Manager Plus very much because it supports multiple operating systems, including Android, Windows, Apple iOS, and Chrome OS. Through this application, we can manage software by allowing users to install only the applications that are on the approved list, while software on the prohibited list cannot be installed. Before we configured the MDM tool, end users were installing multiple unauthorised software applications on office mobile devices, and some users were installing games as well. We wanted to prevent the installation of unauthorised software, so we configured this application for that purpose. Now the application is fulfilled our requirement. Free is amazing, relatively cheap cost per device after that The fact you get 25 for free, on the Pro plan is really something - I havent seen anyone else do that, and it works well. Being able to create profiles is great as it allows us to have specific apps and shortcuts available to different people, so they dont get overwhelmed with things they dont need to use on a daily basis. Good to be able to see all of the hardware specs easily as well, especially if we get users complain about usability for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus? The ability to track devices for me is hit and miss. I think its due to the app not fully prompting to enable certain tracking features in Android. Thus at the moment I have a few devices out there somewhere, not updated in months, and no way for me to know where they are. If they implemented something like what.3.words for location, that could well really help if could based on last tracked location (for those where it is enabled). The interface can certainly get some getting used to, and some features seem to be in less obvious places, so you end up going to and from places a lot, but you get used to it. Previously we had to setup a tablet with 1 or multiple user ID'S, setup with 'mobilock' app, and add apps manually each and every time.
