I really like how it lets you have control over company owned devices. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP?** The installer for Windows is a bit outdated. It is a zip file with a batch installer. They should really create a single MSI installer. **What problems is ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a pretty good alternative to Microsoft Intune for those not using MS365. ### 4. Easy to use and more available features than other MDM solutions **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Fraser D. | IT support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2021 **What do you like best about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP?** Very easy to use and setup the profiles for devices A lot of options available on the base licenses that cost more with other MDM suppliers Very simple enrollment process for end users, no line of permissions to agree to, most taken care of automatically **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP?** There is currently no ability to have a profile automatically update to enrolled devices when a change is made. You have to save the profile then manually push it to your devices, whether that be individually, or via a Group. **What problems is ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client's staff always factory resetting handsets, claiming apps were not on handsets, saying handset was lost. We can block factory reset, push the apps and confirm their installation and if a handset is 'lost' we can locate it via the geo location settings ### 5.
