In particular, its ability to enforce kiosk mode. Kiosk mode is a paid service through the internet/google play store but it does not include the additional features that MDM has like mass deployments. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP?** I tested the solution with a couple of tablets and it seems the efficiency of the software is hardware dependent. Was easy to use once I got the hang of it. The free trial with 25 devices is a great way to get started and explore the solution. User training session that was organized was also quite useful. Out of all the options that I looked at online for MDM solutions, this seemed the most appealing and after using it for a bit I didn't really feel the need to switch or try out any of the other alternatives **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP?** Took a little while to setup initially but was easy to use after I got the hang of it. Finding support material sometimes took time and few of the features are still on their development roadmap. You have to save the profile then manually push it to your devices, whether that be individually, or via a Group. **What problems is ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client's staff always factory resetting handsets, claiming apps were not on handsets, saying handset was lost. We can block factory reset, push the apps and confirm their installation and if a handset is 'lost' we can locate it via the geo location settings ### 16. What I enjoy the most about ManageEngine is the amount of features their software has and the controllability they give you to personalize everything. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP?** Honestly there is nothing I can really think of that would be a least liked feature, which I know doesn't sound too believable but I've used other platforms before and there's nothing close to what ManageEngine has. **What problems is ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first and most important problem we are solving is now our customers have a platform that they can count on and we know that ManageEngine is very reliable. With ME MDM Plus we were able to deploy successfully first stage and so far it's been working very well.
