It gives structure to my day. I can prioritize easily, see in the blink of an eye where a request is sitting and it's clear to the team who is working on what. Many options to choose from to create a somewhat customized ticketing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus? My boss sets up ManageEngine for us to use. I feel like there are so many options, that it takes time to get used to it for new users. A simpler UI would make it better, in my opinion--however, I am unsure if the UI customization can be changed by the administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
