This is a great software to analyze firewalls and VPNs. It is easy to implement. I personally liked the repoting feature it has got. The reports are easily sent to the registered mails. I like mostly its Combined Reporting System and it support multiple vendors too. i havent work with all of them Vendor but whatever i have tried it was easy to setup. Daily use of it for few minutes only allow me to get great output and it helps me in supporting customers as well. Regarding the Customer Support, i havent faced dificulties yet. Looking at Price point, most of the customers feels that everything is good, integration is easy (like not for beginner) but small business cant choose it because of tight budget, other then that in working enviournment when there are log amount is bigger sometime it feels that its slowing down the process of generating report.
