What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Endpoint Central is a solid tool, but the initial setup can be a bit complex, especially when configuring multiple modules like MDM and patching. The UI sometimes feels cluttered, which makes finding specific settings harder than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Device Management, but UI Needs Polish"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like how easy and intuitive ManageEngine Endpoint Central is to use. It's really easy to find a specific machine and take remote control, which is valuable to me because we have to identify errors and fix them daily. With so many machines, this process could get hard, but ManageEngine makes it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not yet found something to complain about, besides the fact that I believe the UI could look better. It could be more intuitive and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Patch Management and Real-Time Vulnerability Updates"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

One of the biggest advantages is being able to apply patches to my entire network at once and fix vulnerabilities, and the portal receives constant updates, showing me new vulnerabilities in my network as soon as they are published, ensuring that I always have a more secure environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

One of the few things I don't like about the console is that I don't have a report of software installation attempts that were blocked by the App Control module, which means I have to do more work to find out which software was blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual Asset Management with CMMC Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for Patch Management, Log 360 storage, and Application Control. It helps us keep a live dashboard with Patch requirements, stores our logs, and enabled us to create an allow-list required for CMMC compliance. I like that it is very visual, as far as providing asset inventories and counts of any data you are looking at. I can accurately review what assets need attention and how large of a task it will be by simply looking at Hardware or Software inventories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I cannot generalize on the functionality of creating custom Configurations to apply patches, as it may be just my need to have additional training. I say this because sometimes I run into issues trying to deploy Configurations that fail. It may be user error as opposed to functionality. I believe that the hardest task is to determine the initial requirements and document what those are before you engage in deploying the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Endpoint Management with Strong Security Benefits"

What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I primarily use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management. The tool allows us to automate the deployment of security updates across endpoints, ensuring systems remain compliant and protected against vulnerabilities. Its centralized dashboard provides visibility into patch status, missing updates and compliance reports, which helps in reducing the attack surface and meeting audit requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The user interface could be more intuitive and streamlined. While Endpoint Central offers a wide range of features, navigating through menus and settings sometimes feels cumbersome, especially for new users. Certain functions, like customizing reports or fine-tuning patch deployment policies, require multiple steps and are not always easy to locate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
