"Perfect for Device Management Without Active Directory"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I find ManageEngine Endpoint Central's cloud version to have a simple UI and setup, which was easy to get going within a day. It's really helpful for managing our diverse group of companies, allowing us to create different remote offices and manage each with specific policies. I appreciate how we can easily segregate different teams and how adding devices to the console is very efficient. I particularly like how simple it is to approve or decline an incoming device with just one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

In some cases, when we need to apply policy to a particular remote office, we don't have the option to select the remote office entirely. Instead, we need to create a custom group to apply the policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mature, Flexible IT Support Platform with Seamless integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The solution has matured over the years and now offers a rich set of options to tailor the user experience to your needs. It’s purpose-built for IT support, and it integrates with many solutions such as Jira service management, without causing any performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

They like to trial new, cool features on the platform, and when they see that many clients are using them, they convert them into a paid version. The product has many smaller paid standalone modules that I think should have been consolidated under a single fee, instead of breaking everything down into separate add-ons. "Effortless Patching, Some Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like the Automate Patch Deployment feature of ManageEngine Endpoint Central because it really takes a lot of pressure off me. Instead of constantly chasing users for updates and worrying about missed patches, everything can be scheduled and handled automatically in the background. It simplifies a normally tedious task, saving time, reducing mistakes, and giving me peace of mind that devices are always up to date and protected. The feature is very useful and friendly, especially with its schedule options and different deployment options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Surprisingly Versatile Endpoint Management That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

It is surprisingly very versatile. Being new to the platform, I was worried about ease of use for my team. Since implementing, I've barely had any questions or concerns! Device management is extremely simple. Once devices are managed by Endpoint Management; updates/patch management, deployments, remote access, silent management...all work flawlessly! My next steps are working with the package management and creating images/app packages to deploy. I have no doubt in my mind it will be just as easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

So far I do not have any complaints! Having been in MSP worlds for years and using every other tool out there, I can't seem to find an issue with this one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
