Our team really appreciates this system, especially for the visibility it provides into all the patches. We can even see which version of Windows 11 is installed on each machine. Recently, we needed to remove Windows 11 25H2 due to some issues, and thanks to this feature, we were able to quickly identify the affected machines and create a script to remove it. The system is user-friendly and offers great flexibility, particularly for users who are off VPN. We can remotely access their machines to assist them, and they still receive updates from UEM even when not connected to VPN (Cloud Edition). The implementation process was extremely straightforward, and migrating from on-premises to the cloud was effortless. We rely on this system daily to support our end users, both on-premises and remotely, and it consistently performs well. I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for Patch Management, Log 360 storage, and Application Control. It helps us keep a live dashboard with Patch requirements, stores our logs, and enabled us to create an allow-list required for CMMC compliance. I like that it is very visual, as far as providing asset inventories and counts of any data you are looking at. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central? I cannot generalize on the functionality of creating custom Configurations to apply patches, as it may be just my need to have additional training. I say this because sometimes I run into issues trying to deploy Configurations that fail. It may be user error as opposed to functionality. I believe that the hardest task is to determine the initial requirements and document what those are before you engage in deploying the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
