I like the integrated forms of the google cloud management blended in with the Microsoft apps and different apps outside of these two databases there are apps I can work side by side with on the google cloud management and work within our teams. It's a native tool, compared to Microsoft Active Directory, I have to config not only the server but also the config inside the AD. What do you dislike about Managed Microsoft AD? At the moment there is difficult to migrate the current system to AWS-managed Active Directory. The best is that it is located in a safe cloud system and is fault-tolerant; though it is in the cloud, it is not exposed to the internet and is safe. Also, it can be deployed in multi regions.
