**What do you like best about Managed Disks?**

The support for SMB and the data management and configuration tools, such as Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure portal, Azure Storage Explorer, and Synapse Analytics.

**What do you dislike about Managed Disks?**

you have to configure it properly or there will be security risks, should use best practices for access control and encryption.
It can cost more than other storage options must consider your usage and configuration.

**What problems is Managed Disks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it provides storage for the virtual machines hosted on Azure, I can create thousands of disks in a single subscription. The VM creation process is very simple, especially by using Marketplace image.
