Only disadvantage I see here is that you don't have physical control of your Server as its managed by Data Center team so for security you have to rely on Data Center team. Managed Cloud Data Centre is one of the most common requirement for new startups who don't want to invest initially in huge data centre cost which saves CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) of startup and need to invest only in OPEX (Operational Expenditure).
