Malou is the all-in-one growth platform for multi-location restaurant and hospitality groups (3+ locations). It helps brands get found, chosen, and recommended across the entire discovery ecosystem: Google, review platforms, social media, local pages, and AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. From a single platform, marketing teams and operators can manage listings across 50+ platforms, run keyword strategies for every location, respond to reviews at scale with AI trained on hospitality, publish localized social content with brand guardrails, and track performance per location and per market. Malou's AI agent doesn't just generate content faster, it applies your brand strategy, adapts it locally, and surfaces optimization opportunities across your whole network. Built specifically for hospitality, it covers local SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), so your locations stay visible as customer discovery shifts toward AI search. Trusted by 3,500+ hospitality groups worldwide, Malou offers two packages : MalouApp, the self-service platform, and Copilot, which adds dedicated support from restaurant marketing experts.
