What do you like best about Malbek?

Malbek Contrax provides best-in-class software for CLM. Besides producing a web app that does what it says it does but their customer service is the absolute best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Malbek?

I think they could work on offerings in a lower tier of pricing as I think it is a solution that could work for many different size businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Malbek solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to manage all of our Product supply agreements with our customers and pricing increase letters and SLA's. It took a process that took months down to days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
