What do you like best about Malbek?

Malbex is highly customizable, which was important because out-of-the-box approval processes, for example, didn't match what we needed to accomplish. The ability to get approvals via email was a huge differentiator as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Malbek?

As others have noted, there a few gaps in functionality. That said, the team is extremely knowledgable about how to accomplish everything we've asked for and included additional functionality on a short development cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Malbek solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated business approvals; automatic contract creation and data tracking, including integration with salesforce; robust contract repository with extremely flexible and powerful reporting and searching tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
