The implementation team has been great to work with. They have all been very patient and understanding while trying to guide our team on how to best leverage the platform for our business while avoid some of the pitfalls they have seen with other clients. In terms of the tool itself, I like that it will simplify a number of processes in the drafting and negotiating contracts. I also like that it will drive consistency in how we all work on contracts and the info the business requestors need to provide upfront when submitting contracts. I also like that it is a collaborative tool where multiple users and easily work on the same document in the tool without tedious back and forth emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Malbek? The only real downside I see in using Malbek is in how we choose to configure it. Adding to many custom fields or options for users to select could make it confusing for users. Also, all teammates at UA most likely wont have licenses due to the cost, so there may be instances where some teammates we need to collaborate with, wont have the full functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Malbek solving and how is that benefiting you? We have very manual processes to store and search for executed contracts. Malbek will help automate the process for storing completed contracts and have a searchable database that can also send reminders when contracts are up for renewal. Also, it is very manual and time consuming to draft contracts on our templates. Malbek wil make it easy for users to determine the right contract template and only worry about completing certain fields specific to their engagement. This will speed up the contract drafting process and ensure we are using the correct templates. Also, we currently work on contract via emails and chat messages, but Malbek will create a true intake path for contracts and make it easy for all teammates to see the status of a contract.
