What do you like best about Malbek?

One source of truth for contracts, streamlined process, ease of use, intuitive UI, integrations with DocuSign, Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive and email, easy communication within system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Malbek?

Malbek works great when reviewing one contract per workflow, however, sometimes we have larger customers with multiple documents to review and it's harder to manage workflows with multiple documents and it creates more work for Sales if they need to submit each document separately. What problems is Malbek solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer need to track down fully signed contracts - Malbek integrates with DocuSign, which allows us to manage signatures easily and when complete, Malbek saves a copy to our Google drive as well. We believe we can address your requirement with our recently released system enhancements for automated email handling with counter-party and more configurable notification formats. "Malbek is easy to use CLM"

What do you like best about Malbek?

I like the ease of use and organized manner that Malbek has set this up. I like the link to DocuSign to easily get documents signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Malbek?

The one thing that could be a future enhancement is for the CLM to remember frequently used names & e-mails. Currently you have to copy & paste these same names/e-mails over and over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lots to love about this system!"

What do you like best about Malbek?

I love the simple, clean UI. Like any system, it takes getting used to (and training your teams on a new process which can always be challenging), BUT for the most part I have found that our teams have quickly adopted Malbek.

I was super grateful for Malbek's robust implementation process, where they literally held our hands through the entire configuration. This allowed lots of time to really dig into the system and ask questions to understand how everything works. I had worked with CLM tools before and I found this implementation to run super smoothly with all of their team's assistance. I don't find a lot of the back-end work to be intuitive (probably just the nature of a CLM), but thankfully they have an AMAZING support team that is willing to guide you and a Zendesk library full of helpful articles.

I love that we have one place to intake, track and report on all of our contracts.

Our Salesteam loves the Salesforce integration

I also love that Malbek uses familiar technology such as @ mentioning others and integrating with tools like G-drive and Slack.

But overall, I think the most valuable feature Malbek has is its integration with Microsfot Word - DocMaster! It is an amazing tool and the best Word integration I've seen out of all the CLM demos I've done and other systems I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Malbek?

- I wish the signature tool had more functionality like DocuSign (recognizing emails you have typed before, customizing notes to different signers, ability to edit in Malbek vs. directly in DocuSign)

- I wish there was a feature that enabled a conversion of a PDF to Word doc in the system - right now we have to convert to Word and re-upload

- I wish there was a way to allow the Salesperson to be able to stay in their existing email string with a customer instead of needing to send separate emails each time a contract needs to go back to a customer (in general, our Salespeople don't like sending their emails via Malbek, but we're trying!)

- One thing we really dislike is that all attachments are combined into one document when you use the Send for Negotiation feature. This is really tough when we have a big deal with tons of attachments - it gets confusing for the customer and us. In these cases, we send the docs outside of the system

- I wish you could easily change the type of document (Contract vs. Supporting vs. Internal, etc.) via drag feature vs. having to manually re-upload correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the DocuSign integration was stronger and gave the ability to add personal notes to people who are going to be signing the envelope and also the ability to save the emails and names of people (simillar to DocuSign) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had multiple folders and places where we were saving our contracts. There was not a single source of truth. Also, it was hard to keep a track of renewals and expiration. The benefits are:

-Reminders feature is super handy and helpful

-Amendment feature

-The ability to make custom workflow
