What do you like best about Malbek?

EVERYTHING!

Self service, the look, the feel, all the functionality, ease of configuration, and the cost. So many features combined with the integration options, its endless! The Malbek TEAM, everyone - Dan, implementation, ZenDesk and my BFF Matt, they are all fully committed to a successful rollout and system, their support is unparalleled! What do you dislike about Malbek?

I honestly have NOTHING I dislike, if I ran into something that was not available, Malbek made it available, when I needed to upload 6,000+ records, Malbek supported each step of the way, they have gone above and beyond in their support, and I am so blessed we found each other. What problems is Malbek solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about Malbek?

Downsides have been the collision of the flexibility in the high volume configurable features on complexly, configured agreements and some of the challenges with certain features working fluidly together in these use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- More efficient process at drafting contracts, can create a library of forms/fields and clauses and easily re-use across templates.

- Helps establish consistent legal contracts across divisions. Define Uniformed process designed to accelerate deal velocity.

- Stronger governance, strengthen partnership across divisions to minimize operational variance.

"Malbek Takes Contracting To Another Level"

What do you like best about Malbek?

I like that Malbek allows users to be completely involved in the workflow process. I appreciate that it provides notifications for each step of the workflow and advises requesters of where their request is at all times. The system is easy to use and very functional regarding the overall contracting process. The AI of Malbek allows us to take our contracting process to the next level by providing a visual workflow to users. It is interactive, and the helpful hints and funny lines make Malbek a fun system for daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Malbek?

As with any system or technology, improvements can always be made. I want Malbek's administration team to take more interest in what is helpful for my specific company that may not be the general use of the system. I think more consideration should be made for the way different businesses approach contracting and perhaps re-evaluate if some of the Malbek processes are efficient for a specific company. For example, when the requester is at the signature stage looking to send a document for signature, Malbek shouldn't advise that the current Word document is a supporting document when that is the document that will be used to finalize the contract. It isn't obvious and is very confusing. Also, the interface between DocuSign should be more evident to the user, and the pop-up blocker that prohibits adding tags should be eliminated. What problems is Malbek solving and how is that benefiting you?

The need to have a central location for contracts where all users can review and reference them. Malbek supports the business by providing AI that understands the contracting needs, allowing users to submit their requests and have an entire review team as part of the visible workflow. The comment feature provides the ability for all who are part of the request to communicate with each other while giving those who have access the ability to follow along with the actions of the request. Malbek provides complete control over the contract creation and negotiation processes. It is highly intuitive and offers significant transparency throughout the entire contract lifecycle. "Great Experience with Malbek Contrax!"

What do you like best about Malbek?

It's very user-friendly with intuitive options. The Malbek Contrax team is also amazing. I had the best implementation experience that I've had with any system and I attribute that to Brian Garrity at Malbek. He was a pleasure to work with and knew everything about the system and how to make it work for the company (and we definitely have some quirks to our process). What do you like best about Malbek?

Having our contracts in one system. Running reports and creating workflow reminders and tasks has also been a time saver. Working with the customer service team has helped me utilize the system more effectively. Malbek University is an excellent resource for system administrators. What do you like best about Malbek?

Great Salesforce Connector - sets up in minutes and now I can map new fields when business needs change without any help from IT. Ability to search both structured and unstructured data is key. I can just search a word or phrase and find if any of our contracts contain it. We had a very successful and smooth implementation and the continued support from the vendor has been great!
