MakersHub is amazing from start to finish. We receive a high volume of invoices with multiple line items that are charge to different accounts, projects and classes - what was once slow and cumbersome is now a breeze! Once processed, we approve and pay with MakersHub aligning the actual payments to the due dates so we won't have to worry about late payments plus the money doesn't leave our clients' bank accounts until the due dates which is fab from a cashflow prospective. If all of this wasn't great enough, the support is just above and beyond. For sure, MakersHub has set the bar way and above anything else in the bill pay world. MakersHub streamlines accounts payable processing. It is so easy to use. Implementation is fast: it took us less than half a day to be up and running and using the software. Integration with QuickBooks Online is nearly instant and the two way sync is amazing. It has excellent security features in place so only authorized bills are processed. Payment security allows you to see payments from initial authorization through to when the payee deposits the funds! The support is superior and the team are always quick to respond. This is something I've always dreamed of during my professional career. It tackles a niche few people consider which is Accounts Payable. Not only does it read invoice information in detail, it fully integrates with any version of Quickbooks and it also keeps on learning. It is also very easy to use and easy to implement. Makershub simply works as it is supposed to. The OCR tech is tremendous and I can process an incredible volume of bills, including SKU level data, in minutes. The payment detail are very thorough and there is a lot of flexibility when needing to cancel payments. Their pricing model is also much more reasonable than comparable software.
