"Big Time Saver"

What do you like best about MakersHub?

I have been using MakersHub for over six months to both process bills. The product is very easy to use and is a huge time saver for me. I estimate that I am saving 4 hours per week of mind-numbing data entry, which has freed up my time for more productive activities. Additionally, our accuracy has improved considerably since using MakersHub. I can't recommend the product enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MakersHub?

I was a beta customer so dealt with some early (and predictable) issues with how the bill processing platform recognized certain billing formats. However, the MakersHub team addressed those issues immediately and the recognition accuracy has been perfect for several months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

For job costing purposes, we enter line-by-line data from all of our bills into QuickBooks Desktop, which is our bookkeeping software. We generally have 50-60 bills per week, which means 250-500 lines of data entry every week. MakersHub's processing engine is reading our bills and entering the line-by-line data directly into QuickBooks, saving me hours of time. In addition to saving time, the product has improved the accuracy of our bill entry process as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MakersHub?

Helped us manage bills a lot. All we need to do is send in the invoice and it reads it and transfers all of the data to QB. It even applies payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support team is super responsive so anything that is an issue gets resolved very quickly. The software does seem to be pretty new so there are features that I have asked to be added and they usually implement them within a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MakersHub?

The speed and accuracy of Makershub is beyond anything I've ever tried. I used Bill.com before this and what used to take hours was reduced to 30 minutes. It's almost just view, approve and move to the next invoice. My two favorite aspects are the "Approve and pay" (and it captures the correct payment date without me having to change it) and the 2-way sync, so I don't have to go back and close out paid invoices from the QB side. Approve and Pay saves me from having to go back and mark the invoice as "paid." I do it at the time I enter it. Wonderful implementation! Overall this software has been a huge game changer for my work. I highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MakersHub?

I have been a beta user, and there have been some issues with the software recognizing the date format when it is European. It is correct 90% of the time, but I know which invoices I have to watch. However, the team is always spot-on with addressing any issue I have, and they are constantly tweaking the program to correct any issues. Just having a team to communicate with is a bonus!
