MakersHub is amazing from start to finish. We receive a high volume of invoices with multiple line items that are charge to different accounts, projects and classes - what was once slow and cumbersome is now a breeze! Once processed, we approve and pay with MakersHub aligning the actual payments to the due dates so we won't have to worry about late payments plus the money doesn't leave our clients' bank accounts until the due dates which is fab from a cashflow prospective. If all of this wasn't great enough, the support is just above and beyond. For sure, MakersHub has set the bar way and above anything else in the bill pay world. MakersHub is a game changer. The time saved not having to type everything in to a receipt or bill is remarkable! The connection to QuickBooks is amazing! There are so many features to MakersHub that you really need to put the time in to learn it all. However, with the ability to quickly schedule a zoom call with one of the Platform Specialists like Sean is priceless. Sean is always so kind and clears up any questions or confusion so quickly over zoom. It is this superior customer service that really makes this product rise above all the rest! I highly recommend! I really can't think of any down side. I would say that it is probably more robust than what we actually need as far as OCR is concerned but it is very helpful. For a small company like ours finding a payment solution that our subcontractors and suppliers don't balk at is a challenge. Excellent Security. Superior Support." 5/5 What do you like best about MakersHub? MakersHub streamlines accounts payable processing. It is so easy to use. Implementation is fast: it took us less than half a day to be up and running and using the software. Integration with QuickBooks Online is nearly instant and the two way sync is amazing. It has excellent security features in place so only authorized bills are processed. Payment security allows you to see payments from initial authorization through to when the payee deposits the funds! The support is superior and the team are always quick to respond. This is something I've always dreamed of during my professional career. It tackles a niche few people consider which is Accounts Payable. Not only does it read invoice information in detail, it fully integrates with any version of Quickbooks and it also keeps on learning. It is also very easy to use and easy to implement.
