It cuts down the time it takes to process bills significantly and saves a lot of errors by pre-filling information and ensuring accuracy with hard-coded classifications. The conditional logic and the ability to read bills take a lot of the guesswork out of things and speed up the process, as we don't have to constantly look things up or remember how to code something. The setup was definitely the easiest I've had, and despite the complexity of the system, the team at MakersHub is very helpful, walking us through everything to ensure correct setup. **What do you dislike about MakersHub?** There isn't anything I dislike about MakersHub. Some wish list, like-to-haves, would be the ability to upload a spreadsheet of bill data. It would also be nice if there were some sort of reporting functions so I could pull reports with certain data. I would like it if we could do some sort of webhooks or a cloud extension so I could connect different apps to MakersHub for more context. Cross-referencing different information or something like that would be nice. **What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** MakersHub cuts down the time to process bills by pre-filling details and hard-coding classifications, reducing errors. It saves time and money, especially by reducing the need to print checks. The system is much more secure now. I find it very fun and easy to use. The setup was fairly simple, with support from MakersHub helping us side by side, which made the process less daunting. Having the ability to talk to a live person at MakersHub for resolving any issues is incredibly valuable. I'm a big fan and couldn't recommend it more. **What do you dislike about MakersHub?** When we have a payment that's been returned, it's still a little bit more cumbersome for me to go through and figure out which option is the best. Once processed, we approve and pay with MakersHub aligning the actual payments to the due dates so we won't have to worry about late payments plus the money doesn't leave our clients' bank accounts until the due dates which is fab from a cashflow prospective. It is so easy to use. Implementation is fast: it took us less than half a day to be up and running and using the software. Integration with QuickBooks Online is nearly instant and the two way sync is amazing. It has excellent security features in place so only authorized bills are processed. Payment security allows you to see payments from initial authorization through to when the payee deposits the funds! The support is superior and the team are always quick to respond. **What do you dislike about MakersHub?** I have not found any downsides of MakersHub after using it for 3 years. **What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needed a solution to minimize duplicate payment risks. Customer support is out of this world. I talk to real persons every time I have a question. **What do you dislike about MakersHub?** Ther is no downside to Makershub. The product is very easy to use and is a huge time saver for me. I estimate that I am saving 4 hours per week of mind-numbing data entry, which has freed up my time for more productive activities. Additionally, our accuracy has improved considerably since using MakersHub. I can't recommend the product enough. **What do you dislike about MakersHub?** I was a beta customer so dealt with some early (and predictable) issues with how the bill processing platform recognized certain billing formats. However, the MakersHub team addressed those issues immediately and the recognition accuracy has been perfect for several months. **What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** For job costing purposes, we enter line-by-line data from all of our bills into QuickBooks Desktop, which is our bookkeeping software. We generally have 50-60 bills per week, which means 250-500 lines of data entry every week. MakersHub's processing engine is reading our bills and entering the line-by-line data directly into QuickBooks, saving me hours of time. In addition to saving time, the product has improved the accuracy of our bill entry process as well. ### 33. All we need to do is send in the invoice and it reads it and transfers all of the data to QB. It even applies payments. **What do you dislike about MakersHub?** Their support team is super responsive so anything that is an issue gets resolved very quickly. The software does seem to be pretty new so there are features that I have asked to be added and they usually implement them within a week. **What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot of bills and it's annoying to input all of the data into quickbooks manually, MakersHub allows us to do so without so much data entry freeing up time for us to do more important accounting tasks. ### 34. I used Bill.com before this and what used to take hours was reduced to 30 minutes. It's almost just view, approve and move to the next invoice. My two favorite aspects are the "Approve and pay" (and it captures the correct payment date without me having to change it) and the 2-way sync, so I don't have to go back and close out paid invoices from the QB side. Approve and Pay saves me from having to go back and mark the invoice as "paid." I do it at the time I enter it. Wonderful implementation! Overall this software has been a huge game changer for my work. I highly recommend it! **What do you dislike about MakersHub?** I have been a beta user, and there have been some issues with the software recognizing the date format when it is European. It is correct 90% of the time, but I know which invoices I have to watch. However, the team is always spot-on with addressing any issue I have, and they are constantly tweaking the program to correct any issues. Just having a team to communicate with is a bonus! **What problems is MakersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** It quickly reads all the information on an invoice and syncs it into QuickBooks without me having to enter any data.
