What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

It´s a bit confusing when it comes to the campaign´s budget, that you have the budget to set and the active budget. It happened to me recently that one of my campaigns was not reaching the daily cap, and it was due to an adset that had to be paused and the not reallocation of this left budget into the active budget. As far as I am aware, it was easier before as this left budget would have been reallocated automatically within the active budget. It would be great to get back to this. What do you like best?

The sharing abilities with different levels of access, very useful for more efficient reporting sessions with clients.

The customisable dashboards for management to easily monitor high level performances.

What do you dislike?

The team is super responsive in helping solving problems but there slightly too much instability on the platforms for people accesses, tokens, etc... It makes the experiences very frustrating sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The connection to the best known social media platforms is perfect - possibilities to create postings with automatically keyword check and many options to improve the advertising. Possibilities to share worksheets, control costs and see the relative reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The costs are quite high, I think with this platform it's absolutely possible to reduce costs for the advertising but the actual costs for using the software is expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting a better result for social ads - controlling and managing costs for the publicity and getting reports about the user experience and click interests. What do you like best?

Reporting is cross channel and much more sophisticated than Facebook’s native tool (business manager). Data is displayed in a more visual way and it’s 100% customizable, therefore it’s faster to identify which campaigns should be optimized.

What do you like best?

The setup is very easy, only few minutes. It is easy to use.

Dashboard is really helpful to have a quick view on your campaigns.

What do you like best?

Their support and the user friendliness of the platform. Like every new software it takes some getting used to but once you know how it works, all actions are easily actionable and much more seamless than on social media networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think design could be improved. It's a very useful platform but I don't think it's necessarily a pretty platform. Reports could be made more beautiful and UI too.

Making sure it's a good investment for you and your business. If you're only using Facebook Ads and not spending huge amounts of advertising money, then maybe it's not a necessary tool but if you're looking to be more productive because you have a lot of campaigns going on, then yes go for it.
