## Make Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Tool for Automations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anam A. | RevOps and CRM Specialist, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Make?**

Features I like:
1) Easy interface.
2) No coding flows to automate anything.
3) Simple pre-sets flows to create AI Agents based on our business need.
4) Good course library to understand the tool, one can learn it by self.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Not much to be honest. Sometimes, it glitches a lot and does not complete the action even if everything is correct, you need to then close everything and create it in the same way again and then it works. Can get annoying at times.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Go for it - it's worth the investment, especially if you're looking to automate a lot of processes and stuff using AI Agents.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make is the core tool we use for automating apps which don't have native integration. It's easy to understand and does not need coding to integrate stuff. Additionally, we have created multiple AI Agents using the simple interface of Make and it has helped our team to reduce the time spent on repetitive manual tasks.

  ### 2. Make to integrate software in a semi-automated way

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian C. | Desarrollador PL/SQL, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Make?**

Its ease of integrating different systems with different applications

**What do you dislike about Make?**

It can be a bit complex when you start using it.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Let them watch a tutorial online to facilitate their learning.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps when integrating different applications and systems with each other, saving many problems and headaches.

  ### 3. to connect services

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose d. | Head of Acquisition Marketing Espagne, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

I am an intermediate PC user, however, I have no coding knowledge. The Make software is perfect from both a user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) perspective. It can be a bit complicated at first, however, with all the tips I got the hang of it in no time. I want to thank the developers and designers for making this software.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Some lists do not have a search function, which makes no sense. For example, I connect my Google Drive but I have to manually search through all the documents to find the one I want.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Make is an excellent product overall, and in my opinion, it has the best mix of features, usability, functions, etc. It also has a much lower price than Zapier for most uses. This is very important.

Make is one of the most flexible SAAS products on the market. I find its interface more intuitive than Zapier. I love the workflow diagram structure. It works with a large number of different applications. When I started using it, I needed Zapier to fill some of the gaps where Make couldn't complete the necessary integration (at least natively). Since then, Make has added almost all the integrations I needed. It also has the flexibility to work directly with the API.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent, it has allowed us to connect many services and improve communication with customers. Simple interface and many integrations available for connections. There is also the possibility to connect with anything that has an API.

  ### 4. Automation with Make

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio D. | Farmacéutico, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Make?**

I find it super visual and clear to see the diagrams of what I want to do.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

At the moment, I wouldn't know what to say because I have no complaints so far and things are going well for me.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Send personalized emails according to the type of clients I have or other.
