**What do you like best about Make it in Ukraine?**

Experienced specialists, good price, European time. In terms of the hourly eurozone, I can focus on the fact that this is beneficial not only for Europeans (we are located in Germany)
It also makes sense for teams from the USA to work two shifts out of three (colleagues in the USA - 8 hours, Ukraine - 8 other hours)

This alone is enough to double your efficiency and results.

Knowledge of English, sometimes German and other foreign languages

Plus - high competition in the Ukrainian market has made specialists even cheaper now, and at the same time the share of Middle+ has increased

By the way, if we talk about specialization, here you can also easily find experts in narrow and young niches of AI, DataScience, BlockChain, and so on

**What do you dislike about Make it in Ukraine?**

The war in Ukraine last year made work more difficult. This was especially difficult in winter, when the infrastructure (electricity) was inaccessible to specialists in Ukraine. At least there was such a risk

Also, as a minus, we can point out the uncertainty of how everything will develop. War is a risk. But we are ready to bear this risk

**What problems is Make it in Ukraine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching for specialists that the market needs in the West, while in Ukraine these qualified personnel cannot find their place (due to war and instability)
