MakanCloud is an all-in-one POS and operations platform for Singapore F&B chains with 2–20 outlets, especially those running a central kitchen. It brings front-of-house and back-of-house into one system: POS checkout that keeps ringing up sales when the internet drops, QR self-ordering without customer login, kitchen display (KDS), outlet ordering to the central kitchen, central-kitchen purchasing, production, sorting and dispatch, delivery dispatch, and staff scheduling with attendance and timesheets. The interface and printed slips are bilingual in English and Simplified Chinese, so counter teams and kitchen staff each work in their own language. Reports are GST-ready, and PayNow and card-terminal payments run in live stores. Pricing is public and flat: four monthly plans from S$59 to S$299 by number of outlets and POS terminals, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.
