It brings portal leads, WhatsApp conversations, follow-ups, listings and agent performance into one platform, with AI handling the busywork. Leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and your website arrive automatically, are assigned to the right agent and tracked against response-time targets, so no enquiry sits unanswered. Every agent gets their own WhatsApp number on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, with chats saved to the lead record and visible to managers. The built-in AI assistant summarises each conversation, suggests the next step, drafts replies, translates between Arabic and English and transcribes voice notes. Follow-up sequences run across WhatsApp, email and tasks, and stop the moment a lead replies. Property matching finds the best-fit buyers for each new listing. Managers see response times, missed leads and win rates for every agent. Majlis also tracks SPA installment schedules, invoices and client documents, and connects to Claude and ChatGPT so teams can ask questions about their live CRM data.
