Maître d'Offre is a French tender-response software for construction companies (from structural works and civil engineering to finishes). Upload the tender documents (DCE): Maître d'Offre reads every document, performs the quantity take-off on PDF and DWG drawings with the source of each quantity (drawing and specification clause), fills in the buyer's bill of quantities (DPGF) with your own prices, writes the technical proposal (mémoire technique) within the buyer's framework, and checks compliance before submission. Daily tender monitoring by trade and region. Optional modules: annotated drawings, materials list, tiling layout, site follow-up. Nothing is submitted automatically: you review, decide and submit.
