I've used other software as well but I like MaintSmart the best. MaintSmart is quite beneficial for me because it doesn't require a user to be on-site. As it is cloud based, this software can be accessed from anywhere. With the training and training materials provided, it just makes our work of setting up and running the software very easy. MaintSmart pricing is only available upon request and your price can vary with the number of users and majorly because of the customization cost. What problems is MaintSmart CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you? For me, MaintSmart fulfilled my requirements within my company's budgets. Customer Service is top notch and highly experienced and I would like to give a big shout out to the quality support / technical team. I haven't had any major disappointments with this software.
