We’re proud that MaintiMizer™, our flagship Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), has helped more than 3,000 customers and roughly 13,000 users improve their maintenance operations. **What do you like best about MaintiMizer?**

With MaintiMizer it is really easy to create assign and track work orders.  It is user friendly, and I am able to set priorities, upload documents concerned with the work, and keep track with the progress of the technicians.

**What do you dislike about MaintiMizer?**

Mobility has low functionality which reduces the ability of technicians to access work order information or change statuses remotely.  This leads them to work at workstations to finish other tasks which affect general productivity in the process.

**What problems is MaintiMizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can safely say that MaintiMizer has revolutionized how we handle our work orders.  Our maintenance team has benefited from enhanced communication as well as task definition and reporting on progress achieved.
