MaintenanceDesk by Portali.Space is a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) for facility managers, property managers, manufacturing teams and cities. Five languages ship out of the box — Slovak, Czech, English, German and Spanish — with GDPR compliance and EU data residency. Preventive maintenance plans generate work tickets automatically on schedule, with a maintenance calendar showing the workload ahead. Every device carries a QR label: anyone standing next to a faulty machine scans the code and reports the fault in seconds, with no login — the ticket arrives already linked to the right device. Each device has a service passport: full history, metrics, criticality and an audit trail on one screen. IoT integration is native, not a third-party bolt-on: alarms from the platform editions (WorkSys.Space, FacilityUp.Space, CitySys.Space) — or any system using the open API — create tickets automatically, with deduplication during alarm storms, automatic resolution when the device reports back to normal, and a repeat counter that exposes chronically failing equipment. Spare parts live in a catalog with per-ticket consumption and low-stock alerts. External provider costs are recorded on tickets and feed per-device, per-provider and per-category reports plus a budget forecast for next year. MTTR/MTBF analytics with a Pareto view of failing devices come computed automatically from tickets. An AI assistant knows your devices, plans and stock.
