Easy platform to use. I've tried many other maintenance apps and this works for us the best. I also like the mobile app, and the link you can create to add to peoples desktops and tablets to easily enter/create tickets. Some of the reporting functions are not user friendly. Also when setting up a new schedule for maintenance it is difficult. You can't just copy a schedule and paste it to a new one. This program helps with remembering daily, weekly, and monthly jobs. Most of all, the communication. I wouldn't usually know when something needs my attention, but anyone who finds a problem can quickly let me know through maintenance care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
