It works great for our whole maintenance team as well as our office staff who are usually receiving the calls about maintenance issues or requests. The best thing about it is it allows management to make sure that no issues or requests get lost in the shuffle and we can easily see what's high priority or aging.

It is also great that there is a mobile app for all of our staff to have on their phones so they can easily receive notifications of new requests, update existing requests, or close requests that are completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great if it was easier to use some sort of checklist functionality. For example, when "resetting" sites they need to empty the fire ash, pick up the trash, mow the grass, etc. Or when cleaning a cabin there is a whole list of things that need to be done and it would be great to easily manage that list and have the individual completing the task have to mark everythign off.
