Aside from the system being relatively simple to use and intuitive, I like the customer support the best. I like that I'm able to ask questions and get clarity almost in real time. My biggest issue would be with the limited procedural formats. There are a lot of work orders/PMs in which the ability to customize a graph or chart would be very helpful. I think the drop down selection has a lot of nice options but is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some interface layout and filtering options we would like to see changed or added. Specifically with filtering of the calendar view for work orders. Also, time tracking of Mechanics/Electricians.
