MaintainX's user friendly platform takes what used to be a niche, difficult field to develop, train, & implement and simplifies it in a way that can be put into action immediately. Their customer support and account management has been some of the best I've encountered in the field, answering most questions within the same day with quick, helpful walk-thru solutions. The only real issue I have encountered with MaintainX is when connectivity is dropped when utilizing our phones or tablets, it is hit or miss whether the data will update correctly in the respective work order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MaintainX is a very simple to use software flatform. This was very easy to implement at our company. The customer support service is above and beyond expectation. They have innovated their CMMS system to fit our global needs as a customer. They continue to make changes as we develop this software into our system. Ease of use. After initial implemenation, it's been very easy to navigate through the system. The platform has been extremely helpful with scheduling not just PMs but also reactive jobs for my team.

My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.
